Producer Connect: the secret behind loopmakers getting placements
Producer Connect is a new Mac and Windows app from KYXXX that finds the producers behind any artist's songs, the top sellers in any sound on BeatStars and the producers behind the charts, then helps you message them and follow up.
Ever wondered how loopmakers end up with their loops on big records? It's rarely luck. Big producers use loops, and the loopmakers getting placements are the ones getting their loops in front of the producers who work with the artists they want. The hard part has always been finding those producers and keeping on top of the conversations.
Producer Connect does the finding for you. Type an artist and it reads the credits on their popular songs, then lists every producer on them, ranked by how often they work together, with their Instagram, email and links where they're public. Type a sound like afro drill and it shows the producers making the most sales on BeatStars, so you can collab with people who already make your sound. You can also find the producers behind what's charting in 15 countries, and type-beat producers who are uploading on YouTube this week.
Then it helps you reach out. Pick a template and it fills in their name, the artists they work with and a song they made, opens their Instagram DM, email, WhatsApp or iMessage with your message ready, and reminds you to follow up. A pipeline keeps track of everyone from To contact to Working together, and Today shows who to chase and which artists to make loops for next.
Producer Connect is £19.99 (down from £44.99), a one-off payment, on Mac and Windows.
